When you submit our form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, Texas county, and preferred call time. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, device type, referral source).

How we use it

We use your information to contact you, confirm and schedule your consultation, and share your contact details and preferred call time with one independent participating attorney serving your county. We may also send you appointment reminders and service-related messages consistent with the consent you provided at submission.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, share your information with multiple law firms simultaneously, or use your information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Your choices

You may opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at derek@schumacherlane.com. You may request access to or deletion of your information at the same address.

Data security & retention

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and retained only as long as needed for scheduling, record-keeping, and legal compliance.
